Wye Mountain 2010

I have meant to take the kids to Wye Mountain for the last several years, but for some reason it never worked out where we could go. This year I was determined to get them out there and take their pictures. The weather was cool and the wind was blowing most of the time we were there, but I did get some great shots. I was really excited about some so I wanted to post them...

Spring Break Cousins Golf Tournament

We did our 2nd annual Cousins Golf Tournament on Wednesday and as always had a great time. This year Dad decided that he didn't want to miss out on the fun so he joined in too. We had so much fun and Kayely and I gave out our "award" which NeeNee won again. We are already planning our next adventure so we are excited about that!

Fire!

The other night we had a crazy thing happen... the house across the street burned almost completely down. Tim and I were doing spelling words with the kids when we heard firetrucks that sounded really close. A few minutes later we both smelled smoke and Tim looked outside to realize that there was a wall of smoke so thick we couldn't see across the street. Within minutes the roof went from smoking to a full blaze... It was so scary how fast it went up! We are all a little traumatized from it.. Don't know what they will do to it or how soon. Hopefully, they will start the rebuilding process soon because it is no fun to look at it and relive it every day!

Party Like a Rock Star!

Wow what a fun day! Brock had his birthday party at River City Gymnastics today for the 2nd time, but this year was even better! This was our first year to have an all boys party (except Claire)! Those little guys played so hard and had such a great time! This was one of my favorite parties the kids have had... I can't believe this guy is 7! Time sure flies! Fun times!
