Another Wonderful Christmas!

Christmas morning was a blast with the kids. They were so excited to see all that Santa had brought. These are times that make a mommy's heart just melt!

We had a fantastic Christmas this year! We spent Christmas Eve with my family. In tradition we went to see a movie and then headed over to Mom & Dad's. This is always one of my favorite times seeing the kids open their presents and of course there is always a gag gift or two thrown in. It seems so hard to believe that they are almost all teenagers now!

Here are the pictures from the 1st Grade Christmas Program that Brock performed in last night. It was so cute! That boy is for sure a lot like his momma, he loves to be on a stage! He had a great time, and we had a great time watching him.

Today was the Teacher Appreciation Lunch at Baker. I love the people at that school so much! It is always so much fun to spend the day with them. I enjoy the times when they all sit down at once. Fun times!

Also Baker Bazaar was a few days ago, always a great time! The kids bought lots of cute things and the sales and profits for the school were up this year. So excited!

Fall Fun & the Latest Happenings....

We have had a fun fall, but it really went by fast! Brock played soccer and watched a lot of football so life just doesn't get much better than that! We took the kids to the Ole Miss vs AR game in Oxford which was great for Tim & Brock, Claire and I pretended to be good sports, but we weren't really! Anyway, there is always next year! Halloween 2009....

This year the kids chose to be a Pumpkin Princess (?) and Bumblebee from Transformers. Not to be confused as my mother was that he was A bumblebee. They had a great time trick or treating with Cole Shoemaker after the church carnival. The weather amazingly enough was perfect, which was a rare thing this fall!

My favorite time of year to take my kids pictures is the fall. However, this year, it rained constantly and then the 2 days it wasn't I didn't have Claire, and Brock's hair was hysterical! Oh well, Spring....we will cross our fingers!

Dallas 2009

The first weekend in December every year is my weekend! This is the weekend that I go to Dallas with a group of my best friends. This year we had 13 go and had more fun than we should be allowed to have legally! I shopped so much this year that I actually had bruises on my forearms. Maybe that means that I bought too much? Never mind, that isn't possible! I am already looking forward to next year!
